The Commission hosted a delegation from the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) led by their CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua to strategize and plan on the conduct and management of the MCSK’s forthcoming Directors and member committees elections scheduled for 15th April 2024.

The meeting resolved to draw an MoU that will guide the conduct and management of the elections to ensure fairness, transparency and credibility in the process.

The delegation also paid a courtesy call to the Commission Secretary/CEO Mr. Marjan Hussein Marjan in his office.

The imminent MCSK elections come on the backdrop of IEBC successfully conducting the LSK elections on 29th February 2024.
